Was a bit distracted by this - the way the cover has been typed up it looks like our dear PM has had one hell of a make-over! In fact it is the (literally?) "Shameless" actor Elliott Tittensor - a bit surprised post-Jedward they didn't go the whole twin totty route, but I guess his brother is damaged goods after being sacked by "Emmerdale".
